Do you ship worldwide?  

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from?  

All prints are shipped from Zürich, Switzerland with the exception of customers in the United States. We work with an US-based print supplier to ensure faster and more efficient shipping for our customers based in United States.

How long does the shipping take and what are the shipping costs?  

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days as all products are made to order.
We strive for sustainability by minimizing stock levels.

Europe, EEA, UK ⏺ €2.99 ✈ 2–3 business days
USA, Canada ⏺ €3.99 ✈ 2–5 business days
Australia ⏺ €8.99 ✈ 7–14 business days

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?  

You have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us of a return or exchange request. Once approved, the item must be postmarked within 7 days. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form.

Do you refund shipping costs?  

We do not refund shipping costs for returns. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Please note: Duties and taxes for international orders (outside the EU) are non-refundable.

Ordering & Order Management

I want to change/cancel my order, is that possible?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it upon request. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

We cannot modify an order after it has been placed. Please review your items carefully before completing your purchase.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately through our contact form.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to reach out to the shipping provider directly to arrange redirection.

How can I see status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this to monitor the status of your delivery.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

Duties and taxes are not included in the order total. However, for orders within the EU, EEA, and UK, additional taxes are unlikely. For other international orders, any applicable import duties or taxes should be minimal.

I placed an order on your website and never received a confirmation email.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you still haven’t received an email, please contact us via the contact form with your order number or full name and email address, and we will assist you.
